Please note our guarantee does not apply to intentionally damaged, damaged by someone else, stolen or lost items.

Ava Lockhart will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping services so we know the whereabouts of your return.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
