What's covered

If your piece ever fades or tarnishes through normal wear, we'll replace it free of charge, or offer store credit equal to your original purchase price if it's no longer in stock.

How to make a claim

It's simple — email support@avalockhart.com with:

• A clear photo of the affected piece
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

What's not covered

• Intentional damage, or damage caused by misuse or a third party
• Normal wear resulting from improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Pieces altered or repaired by anyone other than our team
