Can I really wear my jewelry 24/7?
Yes — that's the whole point. Every piece is real 18K gold bonded to 316L surgical stainless steel, so you can shower, swim, sweat and sleep in it without it fading or tarnishing. Put it on and forget about it.
What is your jewelry made of?
We bond a thick layer of genuine 18K gold to surgical-grade stainless steel using PVD (physical vapour deposition) — the same process used on luxury watches. It's nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and will never turn your skin green.
Is it safe in saltwater, chlorine and the shower?
Absolutely. Whether you're on a tropical beach or doing laps at the pool, our pieces are built to handle saltwater, chlorine, sweat and sunscreen — no rinsing or removing required.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every piece is backed by our Lifetime Color Warranty — if your jewelry ever fades or tarnishes through normal wear, we'll replace it free of charge. Just email support@avalockhart.com with a photo and your order number.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free worldwide and fully tracked. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as it's on its way.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with free, tracked delivery on every order, and all customs duties and taxes are covered by us — no surprise fees on delivery.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes — a size guide is shown on each product page, just beneath the available sizes, so you can find your perfect fit before you order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged. To start a return, email support@avalockhart.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
How do I track my order?
