Orders over $99 ship free with full tracking. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $4.95 — no surprises at checkout.

Processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

• United States: tracked, 4–10 business days
• UK & Europe: tracked, 3–10 business days
• Canada: tracked, 5–10 business days
• Australia: tracked, 4–10 business days
• Rest of world: tracked, 5–15 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, and delivery can take a little longer during peak seasons.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped within the United States incur no additional charges. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country — these are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — once an order is processing we can't always change it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as it arrives back.
