How to start a return

Email our team at support@avalockhart.com. If your return is about product quality or sizing, please attach a photo of the item along with its original packaging. Use "Return" as the subject line, and describe the issue in as much detail as you can in the body — the more detail you give us, the faster we can help.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. This applies to original orders only — not to items received as an exchange.

Condition

All tags must still be attached for your item to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping

We don't cover the cost of shipping items back to us. To make up for it, we'll give you store credit worth double your return shipping cost as a thank-you.
