We promise to replace your Ava Lockhart pieces if they tarnish or fade. Just email us a photo of the item, along with your order number to support@avalockhart.com & we will process a replacement or store credit.
Please note our guarantee does not apply to intentionally damaged, damaged by someone else, stolen or lost items.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
